rcert.in ("this site", "we", "us") is run by the rcert.in Team in India. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this site and how it is used. If you have any questions, email info@rcert.in.
Information you give us
This site has no accounts, sign-ups or comment forms. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us by email, such as your email address and your message. We use it only to reply to you and do not share it with anyone. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time.
The tools run in your browser
- URL Encoder / Decoder and Numerology Calculator: everything you type is processed in your browser and is not sent to this site.
- UPI QR Code Generator: the UPI ID, name and amount you enter are used to draw the QR code in your browser. If you choose to save a profile, it is stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. You can delete it from the tool, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
- WhatsApp chat tool: the phone number you enter is used only to open a WhatsApp link (api.whatsapp.com) and is not stored by this site. To pre-select your country code, the page asks the ipapi.co service which country your IP address belongs to.
Server logs
Like most websites, the hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically records basic technical information for each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and advertising
This site does not set cookies of its own. It uses Google AdSense to show ads, and Google and its partners may use cookies:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Content from other websites
Pages load fonts and code libraries from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs, and some articles show images or video hosted on other websites. When your browser loads them, those services receive your IP address and browser details, as with any web request.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Private tools on this domain
The Creator Studio dashboard at /insta/ is a private tool we use to manage our own Instagram account. It is not open to the public and has its own privacy notice.
